Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Green Thumb Industries (GTI). As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting cannabis products to our customers, maintaining delivery schedules, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Delivery: Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day with cannabis products for deliveries throughout the day.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks, such as changing tires, checking and adding fluids, etc.
  • Document Management: Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff.
  • Communication: Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise while making deliveries.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: At least one year of professional driving experience preferred.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
  • Background Checks: Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
  • Scheduling: Meet the scheduling and availability requirements, including varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Attendance: Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
Working Conditions
  • Long Hours: Ability to work a 12-hour day when needed.
  • Patient-Facing Environment: Patient and/or customer-facing environment.
  • Varying Weather Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
  • Cannabis Exposure: Exposure to cannabis and/or allergens that might be present in an environment where cannabis is present and prevalent.
