Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Job Description: As a Registered Dialysis Nurse at Centers Healthcare, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient status and implement treatment plans, administering medications and other treatments as directed by providers, and monitoring patients throughout their treatment sessions. You will also be responsible for documenting patient responses to treatment and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have an active NY RN license, CPR certification, and clinical nursing experience in a dialysis setting (preferably).
