Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Dishroom Assistant to join our team at Great Shots in Sioux Falls, SD. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, and sweep/mop floors.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of garbage properly.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  • Store dishes and other wares in designated areas.
  • Practice safe work habits and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required; we provide training.
Work Schedule

We require our Dishroom Assistants to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

A regular and reliable attendance is crucial for this position.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $26,400 - $30,000, depending on experience.
