Termite Control Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Termite Control Service Professional to join our team at Northwest Exterminating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create long-term partnerships.
- Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments, as well as problem-solving customer accounts for current and future needs.
- Focus on consistent customer communication and partner with internal groups to ensure extraordinary customer service.
- Apply appropriate products to label standards and maintain a Safety First mindset when operating company equipment and vehicles.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required, but a valid driver's license is necessary.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
