Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Ciocca CDJR of Duncannon. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective coaching, training, and mentoring.

• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to sales team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
