POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a dedicated Adult Mobile Crisis Therapist to provide essential support in crisis situations. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering immediate intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises in their homes and communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employ de-escalation strategies to effectively manage crisis scenarios
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Deliver therapy services grounded in evidence-based practices
  • Create individualized treatment plans and oversee case management
  • Collaborate with various service providers and ensure accurate documentation

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult populations
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Desirable:

  • Experience in community mental health environments
  • Background in crisis intervention services
