Job Summary

Polk Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Pipefitting Foreman to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pipefitters to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement effective work plans and schedules
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
  • Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pipefitting
  • Thorough knowledge of piping blueprints, specifications, and codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
