Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Certified Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and provide individualized support to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct services to students in an elementary school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in the treatment planning process

Requirements

  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a School Certified Occupational Therapist within the last 3 years
  • Valid School Certified Occupational Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
