Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and server troubleshooting, with a deep understanding of system failures and the ability to utilize Linux and Windows command-line tools to troubleshoot hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hardware and server troubleshooting and repair
  • Utilize Linux and Windows command-line tools to troubleshoot hardware
  • Set up and configure physical networks
  • Troubleshoot network issues at Layers 1, 2, and 3
  • Lift items weighing up to 50lbs or work with a partner to lift heavier items
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certification
  • CCENT certification
  • Data Center experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA Server+ or Network+ equivalent experience
  • CCENT or equivalent experience
  • Data Center experience
