Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and oversight for system operations.
- Engage in system development initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for internal users on system functionalities.
- Document and report daily system challenges.
- Collaborate with the development team to analyze, design, and plan user requirements.
- Manage and track system-related issues effectively.
- Act as a liaison between system users and the development team.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
- Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of proposed improvements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of analyses, requirements, and systems.
- Participate actively as an analyst, designer, and developer in IT projects.
- Assess new solutions for project and issue resolution.
- Support benchmarking of IT products.
- Monitor IT-related expenditures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Vocational or undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Two to three years of experience in information systems, development, computer science, or IT-related fields is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Knowledge or experience in project management (IT project lifecycle).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures is a plus.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented (OO) Programming, particularly in Java.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, specifically the SD Module.
- Proficiency in database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
