Job Title: Prep Cook

Job Summary:

The Prep Cook is a vital member of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and maintaining the highest quality food for our guests. As a Prep Cook, you will work closely with our chefs to ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection and presented in a visually appealing way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, adhering to health and safety standards

• Prepare ingredients and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation

• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen team or management

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
