As an Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing, indexing, and scanning client documents, as well as maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our records center.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and scan client documents according to specific requests
  • Upload scanned documents to a third-party software
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents and detect image errors
  • Conduct manual data entry for validation and verification
  • Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes for confidential documents
  • Process incoming orders using wireless scanning technology

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in a service industry or warehouse environment. You must also be physically able to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
