  • Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to:
    • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
    • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
    • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
  • Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be themselves when connecting and having fun doing it (Required)
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
Benefits:

T-Mobile offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays. We also offer mobile service and home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs.

As a Mobile Associate, you will be eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
