Firearms Specialist

At Sportsman's Warehouse, we're looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Firearms Associate to join our team. As a Firearms Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection of products, ensuring all ATF standards are met for firearm transactions, and maintaining the security of the hunting department.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about firearms and has excellent communication skills. As a Firearms Associate, you will:

• Assist customers in selecting products from our wide range of firearms and accessories
• Maintain knowledge of products carried and present them to customers using company sales techniques
• Ensure all ATF standards are met for firearm transactions
• Maintain the security of the hunting department, including gun counter and firearm rooms

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

To be successful as a Firearms Associate, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of firearms laws and regulations
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
