Field's Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Field's at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a variety of drinks to our guests, following standard recipes and ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Collect payments for drinks served and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take food orders from guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol purchases.
  • Balance cash receipts and maintain accurate records.
  • Take steps to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking, such as persuading customers to stop drinking or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons.
  • Clean and maintain the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of standard recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
