Role Summary

A Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
  • Engage with customers in a personalized way, making them feel welcome, heard, and valued.
  • Support a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.

Teamwork + Communication
  • Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.

Visual + Business Operations
  • Understand the contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
  • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's restock, and contribute to completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor.
  • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.

Role Qualifications
  • Anthropologie brand fan.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience being a team player.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
