Experienced Highline Technician

We are seeking an experienced and certified highline technician to join our team at Pohanka Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  • Test and diagnose vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Communicate with customers and service advisors to ensure that all repairs are completed to their satisfaction
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of service technician experience
  • ASE certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
