Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Jobot. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Minnesota
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing to the extent required by the position
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position
