We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Attorney to contribute to our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position, where you will be working on a variety of environmental law cases, including litigation, regulatory compliance, and policy development.

• Represent clients in environmental litigation cases, including preparing and presenting arguments before courts and regulatory bodies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex environmental issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in environmental disputes.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental law, including experience in environmental litigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Salary: $135,000 - $170,000 per year
