Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales floor tasks, such as processing transactions, handling customer returns, and answering phone calls.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
