About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for directing the front desk operations, including supervising staff, assessing staffing needs, training new employees, and performing routine evaluations. They will also be responsible for coordinating patient schedules, monitoring and evaluating patient intake, and establishing healthy customer service standards at the front desk.
In addition, the Patient Access Director will collaborate with the financial team to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
