Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team at NXP Semiconductors N.V. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative hardware and software solutions for various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated solutions addressing applications in IoT market, connectivity, edge computing, and security
  • Translate customer/market requirements into technical definitions
  • Investigate and analyze consumer and industrial market applications and competitor capabilities
  • Document, design, and prototype system-level technical application requirements
  • Support sales/marketing/FAE and distributor teams on target applications and solutions
  • Work closely with external partners and customers
  • Focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Develop technical demonstrations and use case reference designs
  • Provide technical product support to customers and field applications engineers
  • Develop and present technical product trainings for sales field and customer communities
Requirements
  • Working towards BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
  • Experience or coursework in programming languages such as C, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and software development methodologies
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm in learning new tools and technology; interest in improving processes
  • Familiarity with board-level circuit design and debugging techniques
  • Strong team working mindset and ability to influence individuals and teams across cultures and time zones
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
