About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for our guests, while also driving sales and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for guests
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, including setting and replenishing merchandise, and executing visual merchandising standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
