Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Larkspur, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a community-based health system that prioritizes patient care and well-being.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves seeing patients Monday through Friday, with an average of 20 patients per day. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care settings, with a preference for those with experience in community health settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a primary care provider
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Competitive salary range: $135,000 - $160,000+ (higher salaries may be offered to experienced providers who speak Spanish)
- Sign on bonus: $50,000
