KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

Candidates must be able to perform all essential functions effectively. Accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Familiarity with building materials
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous
  • Background in construction is beneficial

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of objects up to 25 pounds. The role requires standing for long periods, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Exposure to moving machinery, humid environments, dust, and varying outdoor weather conditions. A moderate noise level is expected.
