Medical Transcriptionist

Quadrant Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in supporting our physicians by documenting patient notes, processing referrals, and assisting with patient communication.

• Shadow physicians and document patient notes in a timely and accurate manner
• Process patient referrals and ensure seamless communication with healthcare providers
• Assist physicians with patient callbacks and obtain consent forms as needed
• Schedule lab appointments and tests as ordered by physicians
• Order medical supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
• Act as a liaison between physicians and patients, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues
• Contact patients with test results, as directed by physicians
• File tests, lab results, charts, and other medical records in a secure and organized manner
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and work rules, as established by management

• Strong medical terminology experience and knowledge of EMR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
