Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Broadway Veterinary Hospital in Boise, ID. This role will support our veterinary staff with daily operations, patient care, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with appointments, procedures, and lab work
  • Prepare animals for surgery and minor procedures
  • Collect and prepare lab samples, maintain equipment, and provide excellent client communication

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and animal handling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
