We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team and contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and identifying potential issues. You will also collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address construction challenges and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with work plans and contract specifications
• Monitor construction progress to ensure activities, milestones, and completion dates are achieved on schedule
• Identify potential issues and provide detailed reports to management
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to address construction challenges and ensure quality standards are met
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure work meets contract specifications, industry standards, and project design intent
• Utilize project management systems to track and manage construction progress

Requirements:

• Seven years of progressively responsible experience monitoring, coordinating, and inspecting a mix of Building, Airport Terminal, Utility, Civil, and General Construction projects
• Knowledge of and ability to apply key regulatory requirements of the building trades and generally accepted practices of the construction industry
• Experience monitoring quality control processes and ensuring work meets contract specifications, industry standards, and project design intent
• Experience utilizing project management systems (e.g. Unifier, Procore, E-Builder)
• Expertise using Bluebeam Revu for document and site management documentation
