Custodial Crew Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Crew Leader to join our team at the SD Human Services Center. As a Custodial Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of patient care areas, hallways, and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain patient care areas, including rooms, corridors, and common areas
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of offices and other work areas
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

This position requires working every fifth weekend and holiday on a rotating schedule. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary and a $1.50 weekend differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
