Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient C++ low latency developer to enhance our automated trading platform that spans various asset classes. This role involves full-cycle development, from gathering requirements to deployment, along with ongoing support for our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced market connectivity systems.
  • Collaborate closely with algorithm developers and traders to address diverse requirements.
  • Ensure order management aligns with best execution standards.
  • Engage with colleagues and business leaders to foster skill advancement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with C/C++, particularly with C++17 and templates.
  • Expertise in low latency coding, performance optimization, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with FIX and Binary Connectivity Protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP and multicast.
  • FPGA experience is advantageous for understanding socket operations.
  • Experience with Market Data feed handlers and connectivity solutions.
  • Understanding of investment management processes and trading execution.
  • Proficient in Linux development environments.
  • Experience with Python scripting or similar languages.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Mathematics or Computer Science (MSc/Ph.D.).
  • A collaborative team player capable of developing robust software components.
  • Experience in analyzing and structuring large datasets.
  • Knowledge of trading and market microstructure.
