Login Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Login Specialist to join our team at Eurofins USA Environment Testing. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of laboratory tasks, including sample receipt, client interaction, and reporting.

• Perform laboratory operations and maintain accurate records in accordance with approved SOPs and laboratory policies.
• Receive and process samples, generate sample reports and invoices, and manage open orders and workflow.
• Identify and record nonconformities on corrective action requests and preventive action requests, and correct nonconformities and potential nonconformities.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the laboratory to facilitate the completion of work.

• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience, including data entry.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably 1-2 years.
• Proven office organizational and administrative skills.
