Job Title: Propulsion Systems Validation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Propulsion Systems Validation Engineer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans for propulsion systems, ensuring thorough validation and verification of system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system-level issues, leveraging expertise in embedded system testing and vehicle diagnosis.
  • Design and implement Design Verification Plans (DVPs), creating test cases and procedures to validate system functionality.
  • Utilize software tools such as INCA, CANoe/CanAlyzer, and diagnostics tools to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of validation efforts into the development process.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of propulsion systems, including automotive powertrain and hybrid systems.
  • Experience with vehicle testing and diagnosis, as well as software tools and diagnostics.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle architectures, IBM RQM, DOORS/DNG, and automotive propulsion systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
