Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Mechanical and Plant Operator to join our team at our location in Saterland. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our production plants, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Monitor production quality, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and minor repairs
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and improve processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a Mechanical and Plant Operator or related technical training
• Technical understanding and experience with complex production plants using the latest technology
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including a fully continuous shift (7-day week)
• Strong teamwork, creativity, initiative, and commitment
