Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Softball Coach to lead our Varsity team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a passion for developing young athletes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire Girls Softball Program
Develop, monitor, supervise, and train student-athletes to play softball
Build relationships with and mentor student-athletes academically and athletically
Instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training
Foster a positive team culture and promote good sportsmanship

Requirements:

Ohio Secondary Teaching Certificate desired
Successful participation in a similar activity in high school and/or college
Provide a satisfactory result on a County Police Records Check, State BCII Check, and FBI Fingerprint Background Check
Possess an Ohio Department of Education Pupils Activity Permit
Completion of Coaches Tool Chest Trainings/Certification
