Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, working closely with our medical team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure optimal image quality
  • Implement radiation protection and safety standards to minimize patient exposure
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians to perform computed tomography procedures, including interventional procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
  • ARRT certification on Computed Tomography (CT) within one year of hire
  • CPR-Basic Life Support
  • Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) licensure
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of Radiology Technologist experience
