Minister to Children

We are seeking a compassionate and spiritually gifted individual to serve as a Minister to Children at Victory World Church, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that nurture the spiritual growth and development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and interactive programs for children, including worship services, Bible studies, and recreational activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children, as well as the security of church property and assets.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and other churches to promote the church's outreach and engagement efforts.
• Develop and manage budgets for the Children's Ministry, ensuring effective stewardship of resources and maximizing impact.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in children's ministry, applying insights and innovations to enhance program effectiveness and relevance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, youth ministry, child development)
• 3+ years of experience in children's ministry, preferably in a leadership role

• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this position is approximately $55,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
