Key Responsibilities:
Assessing and prioritizing the needs of critically ill children
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes
Providing expert nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including respiratory support, cardiovascular instability, and neurological disorders
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and manage complex cases
Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new developments in pediatric critical care

Requirements:
Active RN license in good standing
Recent experience working in a pediatric intensive care unit
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
