Our mission is to deliver high-quality healthcare to America's Veterans, and we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming and confidential environment for Veterans, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Measure vital signs, record information, and obtain medical histories from patients.
- Prepare and complete forms, support patient care delivery, and assist providers during examinations and treatment.
- Perform ancillary testing, collect lab specimens, and submit results to medical providers.
- Schedule clinic appointments, verify clinical reminders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Graduate of an accredited certificate program
- Current national Phlebotomist certification
- Knowledge of computer systems, including the MS Office Suite
- Demonstrate high-quality customer service
- Two years of continuous experience in clinical operations or medical office work
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
