Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parking Operations: Mobilize and coordinate the valet process, including retrieving keys, retrieving vehicles for waiting guests, loading guest vehicles, and issuing tickets.
  • Customer Service: Foster customer success and happiness by building rapport, addressing inquiries, and providing directions.
  • Vehicle Safety and Security: Deploy vehicle safety and security procedures, including directing traffic, barricading positions, and inspecting vehicles for damage.
  • Financial Operations: Request and collect relevant fees, and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
Requirements
  • Age and License: At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Driving Skills: Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and have an acceptable driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods.
