Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and acknowledge each customer as they enter the store.
  • Be available to assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cashiering responsibility: ring up customers with friendliness and efficiency.
  • Help with other duties as needed throughout the store.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all front-end areas.
  • Promote our loyalty program at each transaction.
  • Gain product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Energetic, vibrant, and sincere.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and bend.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback.
  • Basic math skills used for making change and some inventory management.

Benefits

  • Part-time, Monday-Saturday schedule.
  • Three to four shifts per week.
  • Saturday availability is required for all team members.
  • $10-$12/hour, DOE.
