Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Vista Prime Steak and Seafood. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts and breads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce a variety of desserts and breads, including cakes, cookies, and pastries.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Pastry Chef to plan and execute dessert menus and production.
  • Implement all food and beverage procedures for storage, rotation, spoilage, and sanitation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of professional baking experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with baking methodologies, terminology, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of baking experience in a fine dining setting.
  • Minimum one year of baking experience in high-volume production.

Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
