About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at LindenGrove New Berlin, an assisted living community in Wisconsin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse
  • Maintain effective communication with all individuals, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Lead, guide, and develop certified nursing assistants and resident assistants in the provision of quality care
  • Supervise the duties of certified nursing assistants and resident assistants
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Active CPR certification
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
