Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and fund reconciliation.
  • Train and develop team members through proactive learning opportunities, such as mentorship, courses, and self-reflection.
  • Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by creating an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality.
  • Effectively address employee relations issues and maintain safety and security of the restaurant.
  • Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork and ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures.
