Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join their team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, and air conditioner re-charges.
- Diagnostic Procedures - Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Paperwork and Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate and legible paperwork for customers and our records.
- Work Environment - Ensure a clean and safe work environment to promote equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications - ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering is desirable.
- Experience - 3+ years of service technician experience.
- Skills - Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment, ability to operate all auto repair tools, and excellent listening and communication skills.
