Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols in the grow room.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Set up and monitor the tower sanitation process, ensuring optimal horticulture equipment performance.
  • Measure and manage chemical sanitizers for tower cleaning.
  • Monitor inventory of sanitizing chemicals and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate Forklifts and Scissor Lifts as needed, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with food safety and HACCP protocols is highly desirable.
  • Positive attitude, respect for colleagues, and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate and calibrate various equipment, including scales, calipers, EC/pH meter, HMI, and tablet.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and access plants at heights of 35 feet.
