Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by conducting quality inspections on various stages including equipment, components, bulk products, work-in-process, and finished goods.
  • Implement quality inspection protocols to meet regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Thoroughly review packaging records to confirm adherence to process steps during production.
  • Conduct inspections of packaged units to verify quality standards.
  • Perform necessary quality inspections as dictated by the packaging record and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) requirements, which may involve visual, functional, destructive, and count checks.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of packaging documentation as outlined in the Batch Record.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance inspection is preferred.
  • Successful completion of a 7-year criminal background check and a 10-panel drug screening.
  • Knowledge and experience with FDA regulations and GMP standards.
