Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve multiple tables, as determined by management, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Have complete knowledge of Bridgeside's menu and beverage offerings.
  • Process payments and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Verify the age of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform.
