  • Sell HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations on products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process customer orders, including preparing sales orders and quotes, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer payments and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
