Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Marcus Corporation. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Verify guests' ages and ensure they are at least 21 years old before serving alcohol.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setting up and stocking supplies as needed.
• Comply with all food and beverage preparation and service regulations.
• Demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills.
