Job Title: Lube Equipment Specialist

The Lube Equipment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of company equipment and machinery in the field. This role is critical in preventing breakdowns, extending equipment life, and maintaining operational efficiency across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect and maintain machinery, mini excavators, skid steers, and truck fleets at jobsite locations.
  • Perform fluid checks and replacements as necessary following company protocols.
  • Identify minor issues and make adjustments or repairs when possible; escalate more complex issues to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lubrication schedules, completed services, and any noted equipment issues.
  • Ensure safety compliance by adhering to all safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
